Advertising terms of use

BitAspire Advertising Terms of Use

By purchasing an advertising slot, you agree to the following terms:

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT
   - No illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
   - No adult, NSFW, or sexually explicit content
   - No content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
   - No malware, phishing, or deceptive links
   - No misleading or false advertising
   - No content that infringes on intellectual property rights
   - No gambling or betting promotions (unless legally licensed)
   - No sale of weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
   - No content targeting minors inappropriately

2. LINK REQUIREMENTS
   - Destination URLs must be functional and safe
   - Links must not redirect to prohibited content
   - Links must not initiate automatic downloads
   - Links must not contain malicious scripts or exploits

3. IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
   - Images must be 728 × 90 pixels
   - Images must not contain flashing or strobing effects
   - Images must be clearly legible and not intentionally misleading
   - Images must not impersonate other brands or services without authorization

4. PAYMENT HOLD & ACTIVATION
   - When you initiate a purchase, the slot is held for up to 1 hour while payment is processed
   - During this hold period, your ad will not be displayed - the slot remains blank
   - If payment is not completed within 1 hour, the hold expires and the slot becomes available for others to purchase
   - Once payment is confirmed, your ad goes live immediately

5. BILLING & CANCELLATION
   - Ad slots are billed monthly via Stripe or as a one-time payment via PayPal
   - Stripe subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled
   - No refunds for partial months
   - Slots become available immediately upon subscription cancellation or expiration

6. PLATFORM COMPLIANCE
   - Advertisements must comply with SpigotMC's Terms of Use and Forum Rules
   - Advertisements must not violate the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA)
   - Ads promoting pirated, nulled, or leaked premium plugins are strictly prohibited
   - Ads must not promote DDoS services, hacking tools, or account theft
   - Content must be appropriate for a PG-13 audience

7. ENFORCEMENT
   - BitAspire reserves the right to remove any advertisement that violates these terms without notice
   - Advertisements may be reviewed using automated content moderation
   - Violations may result in immediate termination of advertising privileges without refund
   - Repeated violations may result in account suspension

8. LIABILITY
   - BitAspire is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
   - Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws
   - BitAspire makes no guarantees regarding ad impressions, clicks, or conversions
